This policy explains how Shivara, run by Mrs. Purvi Bathiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us") handles your information when you use this website or our services.

What we collect

• Details you enter in our forms: name, full name, date of birth, gender, WhatsApp number, email and any message you write.
• Booking preferences such as service, date and time.
• Payment confirmations from Razorpay (order and payment IDs and amount). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
• Basic technical information that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To calculate your numerology results and deliver the services you request.
• To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your report, booking or questions.
• To keep records of bookings and payments, as required by law.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Form details are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us. Your browser may also save your unlocked name options on your own device so they are still there if you reload the page.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Message us using the details below.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. Details about a child, for example for a baby name, should be shared by a parent or guardian.
